This is a pic of the banana bread I tested for Isa & Terry’s new book. Is was *fab* let me tell you!
Moist, rich-tasting AND not too much fat. I made it with the addition of some carob chips I had sitting around, but next time–Matt requests raisins. 😀 Check out http://www.theppk.com, if you are under a rock or something & you haven’t already :]
